The whole point of Cirruscope is deep integration with Apple's native platform technologies — so a Windows version wouldn't really be a port, it'd be a completely different project built from the ground up. That's not something we have the resources for right now, but it's not ruled out forever.

Same reasoning as Windows: Cirruscope's value comes from being deeply native to Apple's platform, so a Linux version would mean starting a separate project from scratch, not porting this one. Not something we can take on right now. Nextcloud's own web interface works great in any browser on Linux, though.

Cirruscope is open source under the MIT license. Bug reports, feature ideas, and pull requests are all welcome on GitHub.

Cirruscope is a single-maintainer project, built with a deliberately focused vision for what a native Nextcloud experience on macOS should be. Ideas are always welcome, but the maintainer has the final say on what fits, which keeps the app focused rather than bloated. Since it's MIT-licensed, you're also free to fork and adapt it.
